The weaver is caught in an interwoven amalgamation of a blurred-past of guilds and artisans coming together and slowly vanquishing from the picture. In a nutshell, the labourers from the weaving and selling process today, have been facing recurrent obstacles by way of inadequate infrastructure, obsolete technology and lack of marketing support. The weaver carrying the computer-generated punched cards with holes, uses them as templates for powerloom weaving; which also carry a stark similarity to the Morse code, a poignant SOS of sorts.
